Whether or not you have eaten an alligator flesh before, here’s a video that’ll surely make you amazed how such food is processed for consumption.
Deboning and skinning an alligator is no joke and those guys doing it really have some masterful skills with their knife. School has taught us to dissect only the small ones such as a frog but with a job like this, I bet it will be more fun! And you get not only food but also a fresh skin which several belts, wallets and bags feature.
